Throw away stress-तनाव से मुक्ति पाने के उपाय

In our day to day life, many works are waiting for us by saying,"Hey man, come here, I am waiting for you, please complete me", Ahhhh! You think "what's going on? Please go from here. How will you feel when your work is finally done, all by your hard work and nobody else has done that work on a particular place, whether it is school or office. You will recognize yourself as the leader or the boss of that particular place. What if it all the work is done, it really can be done simply.
Stress is a thing got by 'all time work', it means if you are doing something continuosly, you will get bored but there is a deadline before that you have to complete that work anyhow. You get so tired by doing so and if you have to complete anyhow in a limited time, who began to think, "How I could complete it" and by thinking about these types of topics, you get stress. Also, you didnot get the time to do your personal desired work.
To reduce stress it is adviced many things, but one of the most important thing is "not to think about a particular work too much". Be free, don't think too much, and the main thing is don't do that work in which you dont have interest. Only go on doing that thing in which you have interest, by doing so you will not get bored and you will do all the work easily. Hmmm...  not easily but much better that doing not interested works. Dont feel unhappy 😞 or sad if you does not complete work in time, be positive which can increase your spirit for doing other works.

But there are more things to reduce stress:-

Slow anything down, dont rush
Meditatation and Yoga which can make you feel calm
Regularly do exercises
Walk out or start jogging,
All these things can make you calm and make active and energetic for the day that has to be passed, and by this you can do your work more faster. And by this suggestion, I will to quit this blog by saying stay calm and follow all these tips to reduce stress...
