Government is introducing several campaigns to solve this problem. Also, they are opening camps for the unemployed ones to train them. By giving them trainings, a person might be able to start his own career. For example,if government has started a campaign for training people to gain computer's knowledge or they are taught to repair computers, so they can be able to open a repairing shop to get some money for his/her livelihood.
